Hello, my name is Alyssa and I'm the office manager here at South Fork Dentistry. We've received many questions recently about dental costs, and I'm here to address the most common ones to clarify these for you.

  • Why do the costs of some dental procedures vary?

    Everybody's treatment plan is different. There are various factors such as insurance, types of fillings or restorations needed, and types of cleanings, all of which can affect the cost of your treatment plan. Our financial coordinator, myself, the doctor, and the hygienist would be more than happy to go over your treatment and ensure you understand everything that needs to be done clinically and what your financial portion will be.

  • Can you help me understand if my insurance will cover the cost of my dental care?

    We have a treatment coordinator, an office manager, and other staff who can assist you with that information. We always verify your benefits before your appointment. When you have a treatment plan, we break down exactly what your insurance will pay, if applicable, and what your financial responsibility will be. We lay it all out for you so there are no questions, allowing you to fully understand the treatment, why you need it, and what your portion will be.
